One of our Automotive customers had a Cnc  mill with a Fanuc control fault.

After testing it was found there was a fault with the Fanuc PSM. (power supply module).

This fanuc unit was removed and the customer was offered the option of a repair or service exchange. Due to the production demands for this machine Cnc-Repair supplied a replacement PSM the next day.

As standard in Fanuc servo issues all motors and cables were fully tested  before the machine power was applied. This machine was back in operation 3 days after  reported to Cnc-Repair.
